Your journey to Heathrow will now be more relaxing as you can check-in for your flight with the above airlines at Paddington Station.

Heathrow Express, the fastest way from central London to Heathrow Airport, is now providing customers with Flight Information Display Screens and Self Service Customer Check-In Machines for selected airlines. These facilities have been designed to make travelling to the airport more convenient and efficient. Before you even board the train you can choose your seat and print out your ticket at the check-in machines, located by the Heathrow Express ticket office at platforms 6 & 7.

The Flight Information Display Screens show the day’s flights, the airlines, the terminal and departure times. They are placed by the Paddington Station Heathrow Express ticket office and half way down platforms 6 and 7, which are dedicated solely to Heathrow Express.

Board your train and enjoy your journey to the airport knowing that you have already checked-in, selected your seat and avoided the hassle of queuing for check in at the airport. Customers can then proceed direct to their airline’s designated bag-drop if they have hold luggage.

Heathrow Express has made Paddington Station the first UK railway station to offer these services, making your journey a seamless experience.
