1. The prize winner will receive a new 2009 BMW Z4.

2. Only one entry per person. No purchase is necessary for entry.

3. This free prize draw closes at 20:00 on 23rd December 2009. All entries must be received before that date.

4. The prize draw will take place on the 24th December and the winner will be notified within two working days of the closing date.

5. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the promoters reserve the right to offer an alternative prize of equal value without notice.

6. The promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into by the promoter or their affiliates.

7. The prize is non-transferable, non-negotiable and non-refundable with no cash alternative.

8. The promotion is open to UK and overseas residents aged 18 years and over (who hold a valid passport), except employees of the promoters, their families, suppliers, agents, associates or anyone professionally connected with this promotion.
