The key aim of our service...

We aim to get you to your Heathrow Express destination safely, according to our published timetable.

In addition we aim to:

  • advertise all necessary changes to our timetable as soon as possible via advertisements, posters, Express TV, and this website
  • display up-to-date information for fares and schedules on our trains - with additional information available in seat-back leaflets and on Express TV
  • keep all our trains clean and tidy inside and out
  • announce any delays as soon as they occur - and afterwards periodically - both at stations and onboard
