Should you decide to apply for a job or register to receive job alerts Heathrow Express or other BAA plc group companies will use the data which you have provided in accordance with its obligations under the Data Protection Act 1998, for the purposes of processing your application and, in the event that your application is successful, will use the information for purposes connected with your employment.

In the event that your application is not successful, Heathrow Express or BAA plc and group companies will retain the documentation and information on file for a period of 12 months.
