Getting off the platform


To lift the trolley barriers at the platform exits, speak to one of our Customer Service Representatives. There is clear 1000mm access once the barrier is removed. The barriers keep trolleys off our platforms, where they would be a hazard to all passengers.

Tips for arriving at Heathrow


For Terminal 1, it is best to sit at the rear of the train. Getting from the platform to the terminal takes around three to four minutes.

For Terminal 3, coming into the airport, sit near the front of the train and follow the signs turning left once off the platform. Lifts or escalators take you up to the terminal walkways. Allow five minutes to reach Terminal 3.
