Transport To and From Heathrow Airport
Heathrow Airport
Heathrow is the UK’s busiest international airport. The airport has 4 terminals, Terminals 1, 3, 4 and 5 which serve over 90 airlines to 180 destinations in over 90 countries, (Terminal 2 currently closed to passengers whilst a replacement terminal is under construction). It is therefore important to check with your airline prior to travel to establish which terminal you require and confirm details of flight departure and arrival times. Check your terminal
Arriving at Heathrow Central
(Terminals 1& 3)
Heathrow Central is located beneath terminals 1 & 3, and is just a 15 minute non stop journey from Paddington.
When leaving the train, you will see signage that will direct you to your terminal.
Arriving at Terminal 5
Terminal 5 station is located directly underneath the new building and is only a short walk to the flight check-in area. When leaving the train, follow the signs which will direct you to the lifts and escalators to take you up to departures and arrivals.
Arriving at Terminal 4
Change at Heathrow Central (Terminals 1 & 3) for the free transfer service to Terminal 4 departing every 15 minutes.
From Terminal 4 station it is only a 5 minute walk to the flight check-in area.
Flying into Terminals 1, 3, 4 and 5
From all Heathrow Airport terminals, signage can be found directing you to the Heathrow Express ticket offices and stations. Please follow the signs for Trains as illustrated below:
