Every passenger can enjoy a comfortable, spacious seat with plenty of space for luggage and the opportunity to watch Express TV. On board facilities include toilets, air-conditioning and as of 01 November 2009 passengers can also make use of free Wi-Fi.

Those who want a bit more luxury can opt for a seat in First Class where they will have more leg room, a table and complimentary copies of the Financial Times and various magazines.

The Quiet Zone is great for passengers who want an even more relaxing journey to the airport. Passengers are asked to use mobile phones and personal stereos with consideration and discretion. Even Express TV is switched off.

Trains are level with the platform to ensure luggage is easily transported on and off the train. Wheelchair users also have dedicated areas throughout the train.
