Fans of Latin American music, food and dance could take part in the Carnaval del Pueblo while they are sightseeing in central London.
Held around the Elephant & Castle area of the capital city, the 12th running of the festival will feature a procession of floats running from Elephant Road to Burgess Park, as well as live acts and traditional food, Visit London reports.
The Open Salsa Dance Championship will be sure to provide a masterclass in the famous dance style, while reggaeton and Latin American hip-hop tents will provide music for those seeking alternative entertainment.
"You can also indulge in Latin American, Caribbean and Western culinary delights, and arts and crafts at the many stalls. There's something for the whole family at Carnaval del Pueblo!" the website exclaimed.
Those heading to east London this weekend could get to see indie and folk artists including Phoenix, Amiina, Beth Jeans Haughton, Caribou and Wild Beasts by checking in at the Field Day festival, which is taking place at Victoria Park on Saturday (July 31st).
