Our improved service to Terminal Four
Heathrow Express, the fastest way to travel between central London and Heathrow Airport, has now launched an improved service to Terminal 4.
We have introduced a set timetable for services between Terminal 4 and Heathrow Central's Terminal 1 & 3. The new timetable is synchronised with the existing Heathrow Express services carrying passengers between Paddington and Heathrow Central and onto Terminal 5.
The train has been refurbished with new livery and an interior refresh, making the journey for our passengers a premium and more comfortable one.
We have now simplified the interchange at Heathrow Central Terminals 1 & 3, and passenger journey and wait times have been reduced by over 25%.
New signage has been installed to help our customers find their terminal and our service faster and more easily.
Timetable
The new service will take from 23 minutes to Terminal 4 from London Paddington.
The service will depart Terminal 4 at 12, 27, 42, and 57 minutes past the hour.
The Terminal 4 free transfer service will arrive into and depart from Platform 1 at Heathrow Central. It will provide 3 minutes for interchange at Heathrow Central, which will be managed by Heathrow Express staff and customer information systems.
The Heathrow Express service from Paddington to Terminals 1, 3 and 5 will remain unchanged, taking only 15 minutes to Heathrow Central and a further 6 minutes to Terminal 5.
Heathrow Express now serves all Heathrow Terminals. Heathrow Connect will operate between Paddington and Heathrow Central, with no changes to the current route stops. For more information on Heathrow Connect, please visit heathrowconnect.com
