Heathrow Express Mobile Ticketing

1. Select the ticket you require, and proceed to the payment page.

2. Enter your payment details. Remember to enter your mobile phone number.

3. Select to receive your tickets on your mobile phone.

4. Complete your purchase.

A message will be sent to your mobile phone containing a link. Follow this link to view your ticket.

This is your ticket for travel. The barcode will be scanned on the train by a Customer Service Representative. For return tickets and carnets, the same barcode is used for all journeys, so don't delete it after your first journey.

Your ticket will also be sent to you by email. If you fail to receive the ticket on your phone, then please use this instead, following the instructions above.
