A 24 hour strike by RMT and TSSA union members is set to affect all London Underground services from early evening Monday 6 September and throughout Tuesday 7 September. LUL tickets and travelcards are not accepted on Heathrow Express services.

Heathrow Express Online Ticketing

Booking online is very simple and the cheapest way to buy your Heathrow Express tickets.

Use our ticket matrix to identify which ticket you require and click the book now link. The automated process will guide you through the easy booking and secure payment process. Towards the end of this process you can choose whether you want to have your tickets by email or directly to your mobile phone.

If you choose to have your ticket sent via email confirmation, please print it out and take it with you when you travel. You can then hand it to our onboard staff. Please retain the email printout for your return journey.

If you have the ticket sent directly to your mobile phone the message will contain a link which will take you to your ticket (a barcode). Please allow the onboard staff to scan this barcode when asked for your ticket. You will also need to retain the barcode for your return journey.
