Fully Flexible Tickets

Fully Flexible Tickets are tickets available in Standard Class and Business First. Tickets are only valid on the Heathrow Express service in the direction for which they have been purchased. Fully Flexible Tickets are valid only on the specific day of travel booked and are refundable.

• Tickets can be purchased online or through the mobile app and from ticket machines or sales colleagues. 
• Tickets are valid for travel anytime of the day.  
• Tickets are valid for one person, one way on the booked date of travel.    
• Tickets are refundable and exchangeable.  
• Tickets can be used in conjunction with any other promotion, offer, discount or any other train company special offers.  
• Tickets can be used in conjunction with Railcards.  
• Tickets are available only in Standard Class or Business First 
• Children aged 15 or under travel free with an accompanying adult (aged 18 or over) travelling with a valid ticket, including Fully Flexible Tickets. When booking adult tickets online, the number of children's tickets must be selected.  
• Tickets purchased cannot be re-sold.
