Where can I find my booking reference number?

Your booking reference number will be on your booking confirmation email. Your booking confirmation email is not a ticket, you will need to download the pdf. If you booked a London Travelcard with your Heathrow Express ticket you will need to collect both tickets from a ticket machine at the train station.
