Customers award Heathrow Express 94% in latest National Rail Passenger Survey

Customers have scored Heathrow Express 94% in Overall Satisfaction in the latest National Rail Passenger Survey (NRPS).

And at a time that cleanliness is on everyone’s mind following the COVID-19 pandemic, customers have named Heathrow Express trains as the cleanest in the UK with 93%.

Heathrow Express also continues to lead the way in Speed (97%) and Reliability (95%).

Value for money is up 8% year on year as customers make the most of our Fixed Day fares from £5.50 each way now being available every day of the week as well as our permanent Kids Go Free offer.
