You must trust them because detail of exactly where you’ll go and what you’ll eat won’t be revealed until the mission is underway. The emerging science of ‘gastrophysics’ looks to answer how we perceive flavour through our senses.  Our Chef’s Table takes ten guests on a memorable 10 course multisensory dining experience hosted by Chef Jozef Youssef and the Kitchen Theory chefs.The award-winning Regent’s Park Open Air Theatre is a London landmark – a firm fixture of summer in the city, providing a cultural hub in the beautiful surroundings of a Royal Park.  The wonderfully unpredictable nature of outdoor theatre makes each visit here extraordinary and thrilling, there’s plenty on offer this summer.
