Led by England Sevens Strength & Conditioning coach Dan Howells and supported by three top players from the men's and women's teams, seven participants were put through their paces in a high intensity circuit session.

Walking Lunges with overhead reach
Duck walks and jumps
Adductor & Shoulder Resistance band exercises
Agility & avoidance drills

HIGH INTENSITY CIRCUIT (30 mins)

Prowler Push
Battle ropes
Shuttles with skydives
Barbell single arm jammer press
Farmer walks
Medicine ball slams

WATT BIKE CHALLENGE (10 mins)

10 secs maximum outputs, 50 secs rest
10 x reps
