Complimentary upgrade for British Airways Gold Guest List card holders

BA GGL card holders are entitled to a complimentary upgrade to Business First with their full fare Express Class ticket.
This offer is only applicable to BA GGL customers and one companion (companion must hold a full fare Express Class ticket as well). Heathrow Express colleagues may need to validate your eligibility by requesting proof of your BA GGL card, which must be presented to them if asked.
