Complimentary upgrade for British Airways Gold Guest List card holders

BA GGL card holders are entitled to a complimentary upgrade to Business First Class with their full fare Standard Class ticket. This offer is only applicable to BA GGL customers and one companion (companion must hold a full fare Standard Class ticket as well). Heathrow Express colleagues may need to validate your eligibility by requesting proof of your BA GGL card, which must be presented to them if asked.

*15 minute journey time to Heathrow Terminals 2 & 3 with an extra 6 minutes to Terminal 5. A free transfer is available to Terminal 4 taking an extra 4 minutes.
