Is my booking confirmation email a ticket?

No, London Underground tickets including Travelcards and Freedom Passes cannot be used on Heathrow Express services.

Can I use my London Underground Travel Card or Freedom Pass?

You can book for up to 9 people in one booking on our website and app with a transaction value of up to &#xa3;600 on a single payment card within a 24 hour period. If you want to book for more people you can make multiple transactions up to the limit of &#xa3;600 in one day or email heathrowexpresssales@heathrow.com

Can I book tickets for more than 9 people?

Train travel is exempt from VAT, therefore we don&apos;t issue VAT receipts with Heathrow Express tickets. If you require proof of purchase, you can use your confirmation email. Only tickets purchased at stations or ticket machines get a separate receipt.

Can I get a VAT receipt for my booking?

No you will not be able to buy a ticket on the train as ticket barriers are in operation at our stations.<div> </div>

Can I buy Heathrow Express tickets on the train?

To ensure your ticket is recognised when scanned, please allow at least an hour between booking online and boarding Heathrow Express. If you bought the ticket using our mobile app, please allow 15 minutes.<div> </div>
