August £10 offer tickets Terms & Conditions

Ticket Description and Validity:

£10 offer tickets are single (one-way) tickets for travel on dates between 1-31 August 2024 in Express Class. Tickets are only valid on the Heathrow Express Service in the direction for which they have been purchased. 25,000 £10 offer tickets (808 per day) will be released in total and the offer is subject to availability. £10 offer tickets are valid only on the booked day of travel and are non-refundable. £10 offer tickets can be purchased from 5 July 2024 up to 2359hrs (BST) on the calendar day before the date of travel.

Full ticket terms and conditions: 

25,000 £10 offer tickets are available for travel on dates between 1-31 August 2024 (inclusive).
808 £10 offer tickets (403 tickets each way) are available for each day of August 2024. The tickets will be released on the 5th July 2024 and the offer is subject to availability.
£10 offer tickets can only be purchased online or through the mobile app.
£10 offer tickets are only available as e-tickets or mobile tickets.
£10 offer tickets are valid for travel anytime of the day.
£10 offer tickets are valid for one person, one way on the booked date of travel.
£10 offer tickets can be purchased (subject to availability) between the release date (5th July) and 2359hrs (BST) on the calendar day before the date of travel.
£10 offer tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
£10 offer tickets cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, offer, discount or any other train company special offers.
£10 offer tickets can be used in conjunction with Railcards.
£10 offer tickets are available only in Express Class.
There may be rare occasions where cheaper tickets become available closer to the time of travel. Please note that in these circumstances £10 offer tickets that have already been bought cannot be refunded in part or in full.
Children aged 15 or under travel free with an accompanying adult (aged 18 or over) travelling with a valid ticket, including £10 offer tickets. When booking adult tickets online, the number of children's tickets must be selected.
£10 offer tickets purchased cannot be re-sold.

£15 Early Bird Tickets Terms & Conditions

Early Bird Single tickets can only be purchased online or through the mobile app.
Early Bird Single tickets are only available as e-tickets or mobile tickets.
Early Bird Single tickets are valid for travel anytime of the day.
Early Bird Single tickets are valid for one person, one way on the date it is booked to travel for.
Early Bird Single tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Early Bird Single tickets cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, offer, discount or any other train company special offers.
Early Bird Single tickets can be used in conjunction with Railcards.
Early Bird Single tickets tickets are available only in Express Class.
Early Bird Single tickets are released in limited quantities and are subject to availability, book as early as possible to avoid disappointment.
300 Early Bird tickets are available each day of the year.
Early Bird Single tickets tickets are released 52 weeks in advance.
There may be rare occasions where cheaper tickets becomes available closer to the time of travel. Please note that in these circumstances Early Bird Single tickets tickets that have already been bought cannot be refunded in part or in full.

Children aged 15 or under travel free with an accompanying adult (aged 18 or over) travelling with a valid ticket, including Early Bird Single tickets. When booking adult tickets online, the number of children’s tickets must be selected.
