Mobile tickets bought on the app cost the same lower fare you pay on our website. You can also manage your tickets through your account on the mobile app or on the Heathrow Express the website. You'll be
able to view active tickets, access your purchase history, and archive used tickets.

Any personal details or payment information you store in the app are protected by high-level data encryption. The app is compliant with PCI DSS, the payment card industry security standard. You’ll be asked to input
your card’s three-digit security code each time you book – for extra security, it’s never stored.
