Ticket Description and Validity:
Fixed Date tickets are single (one-way) tickets for selected dates available in Express Class. Tickets are only valid on the Heathrow Express Service in the direction for which they have been purchased. Tickets must be purchased in advance of travel. These tickets are sold in limited numbers and are subject to availability. Fixed date tickets are valid only on the specific day of travel and are non-refundable.
Full ticket terms and conditions:
- Fixed Date Single Advance tickets can only be purchased online or through the mobile app
- Fixed Date Single Advance tickets are only available as e-tickets or mobile tickets
- Fixed Date Single Advance tickets are valid for travel anytime of the day
- Fixed Date Single Advance tickets are valid for one person, one way on the date it is booked to travel for
- Fixed Date Single Advance tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. This includes even during COVID-19 lockdown or quarantine scenarios
- Fixed Date Single Advance tickets cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, offer, discount or any other train company special offers
- Fixed Date Single Advance can be used in conjunction with Railcards
- Fixed Date Single Advance tickets are available only in Express Class
- Fixed Date Single Advance tickets are released in limited quantities and are subject to availability, book as early as possible to avoid disappointment
- Fixed Date Single Advance tickets are released 52 weeks in advance
- There may be rare occasions where cheaper Fixed Date Single Advance tickets becomes available closer to the time of travel. Please note that in these circumstances Fixed Date Single Advance tickets that have already been bought cannot be refunded in part or in full.
- Heathrow Rewards points are earned on Fixed Date Tickets at the standard rate. Visit https://rewards.heathrow.com for further information.
- Children aged 15 or under travel free with an accompanying adult (aged 18 or over) travelling with a valid ticket, including Fixed Date Tickets. When booking adult tickets online, the number of children’s tickets much be selected.
- Fixed Date Tickets purchased cannot be re-sold.
- Fixed Date Tickets are non-exchangeable and non-refundable during COVID-19 lockdown or quarantine scenarios.
