Try some of London's more unusual restaurants; Each prides itself in serving foods or experiences you wouldn't usually have when dining out. From chips and dips to cereal, there's something for everyone.

Hip Chips

London’s first and only restaurant to serve only chips and dips takes our number 1 spot on this month’s list. Love savory? Try the ceviche or our personal favorite, smoky cheese fondue with pickled red onion. For those with a sweet tooth the crisps are sprinkled with cinnamon sugar and we’d recommend they’re paired with the Chocolate Salted Caramel or super creamy cheesecake dips!

Cereal Killer Café

80s and 90s nostalgia, combined with a huge variety of both American and British cereals secures this place the second spot on our list. We love their very first cafe, located in the heart of Brick Lane and recommend their cereal cocktails. Our favorite’s the aptly named “mint choc cHipster” which is made up of chocapic, weetos, mint aero bubbles & mint milk.

Mother Mash

These guys live by the phrase “3 steps to heaven” in the form of mash (mashed potatoes), sausages & gravy! They secure third place with their mouth-watering mash options including cheese, horseradish & colcannon (Irish mashed potatoes with cabbage). Whether it’s the traditional gravy/classic mash or farmer’s gravy/cheesy mustard mash combination you decide on, you won’t be disappointed.

Lady Dinah’s

London’s first cat café won’t disappoint… if you like cats and vintage crockery that is. Head to the East End of London for High Tea like no other & give the adopted kitties some much loved attention. They provide both Afternoon Tea and High Tea here, both of which are lovely and can be adapted to suit dietary requirements including both vegan and gluten-free. We strongly advise you book at least two days in advance to avoid disappointment for this one.
