Love Seafood?  Check out  the top 5 seafood spots in London

The Wright Brothers

Taking first place is The Wright Brothers, a pair of Brother-In-Laws who opened their first restaurant in 2005 after launching their very own oyster farm a few years earlier. They have a delicious array of seafood on offer but their oysters are exceptional, plus every day from 3 – 6pm you can enjoy their delicious oysters for just £1 each.

The Cow

Cow, as may be suggested in the name, serves dishes for land lovers too so if you have a friend/partner/colleague who isn’t big on seafood this is a fantastic place to visit. They specialise in shellfish that’s considered an acquired taste nowadays – winkles & whelks. These little beauties have long been considered traditional English fare but have gone out of fashion recently, although we’d wholeheartedly encourage you to give them a go!

Bonnie Gull

The Tempura Oysters & seafaring decor secured this self-proclaimed “seafood shack” a place in our Top 5. With a relaxed atmosphere & sharer plates to start your meal this place is a great spot to visit with friends. Try the salt cod croquettes with curry mayo or, if you’re feeling nostalgic, the Dorset cockles.

Burger & Lobster

You can’t go far wrong with a signature 1lb lobster, topped with their signature lemon & garlic butter. Started in 2011 by four school friends, these guys have seen phenomenal success in recent years & now have locations across the globe as well as across London.

Beast

With a more limited menu than most & what some may consider slightly pricey, Beast completes our list . With a lovely ambience and the opportunity to indulge we think it’s truly worth it. Drop in to check out their set menu & choose from Maine lobster or King Crab legs & claws with a side of truffle chips.
