Railcard Discounts
You can use any of the following railcards on Heathrow Express, providing you buy your ticket in advance online or at a ticket machine or a mobile sales advisor at Heathrow stations or London Paddington before boarding. Railcards must be presented with your Heathrow Express ticket when travelling to validate your discounted travel.
Family & Friends Railcards
The following discounts apply on full-fare Express Saver tickets:
- Adults 34% off
- Children aged 15 years and under travel free on Heathrow Express*
A cardholder must travel with a child to qualify for the Adult discount. Maximum group size is one or two named cardholders, plus two more adults and up to four children.

Two Together Railcard
The following discounts apply on full-fare Express Saver and Business First tickets:
The two named adults on the card must be travelling together in order to receive 1/3 off when they travel together by train.
Discount is available on Heathrow Express after 09:30 Monday- Fridays and at any time on weekends and public holidays.

Disabled Persons Railcard
The cardholder and accompanying companion are entitled to 34% off full-fare Express Saver or Business First tickets). This railcard can be used to buy tickets on board.

Disabled Child Railcard
Whilst not a railcard on its own, a child within the 5-15 age range can travel for free on Heathrow Express and apply for a standard Disabled Railcard which will grant an accompanying adult 1/3 off their ticket as long as they travel together.

Heathrow Airport Employee
The following discounts apply on full-fare Express Saver tickets only.
Available to:
- Heathrow Airport Limited employees who have a valid LHR ID photo
card
- Airport employees at Heathrow who have a valid LHR ID photo card
- Employees of airlines that operate out of Heathrow who have a valid airline photo ID card
Discount is only available for 1 adult
per ticket, per ID.
Failure to show your LHR ID card or airline photo ID card upon inspection may result in being charged the full on-board fare.
Heathrow Airport Limited employees also have free evening (after 6pm) and
weekend travel.
*Children aged 15 years and under travel free in Express Class when accompanied by a paying adult, or can travel unaccompanied if they have proof or air travel such as a valid booking or boarding pass. Photo ID will be required
