Ticket Description and Validity:
Early Bird tickets are single (one-way) tickets for selected dates available in Express Class. Tickets are only valid on the Heathrow Express Service in the direction for which they have been purchased. These tickets are sold in limited numbers and are subject to availability. Early Bird tickets are valid only on the specific day of travel and are non-refundable.
Full ticket terms and conditions:
- Early Bird Single tickets can only be purchased online or through the mobile app
- Early Bird Single tickets are only available as e-tickets or mobile tickets
- Early Bird Single tickets are valid for travel anytime of the day
- Early Bird Single tickets are valid for one person, one way on the date it is booked to travel for
- Early Bird Single tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable
- Early Bird Single tickets cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, offer, discount or any other train company special offers
- Early Bird Single tickets can be used in conjunction with Railcards
- Early Bird Single tickets tickets are available only in Express Class
- Early Bird Single tickets are released in limited quantities and are subject to availability, book as early as possible to avoid disappointment
- Early Bird Single tickets tickets are released 52 weeks in advance
- There may be rare occasions where cheaper tickets becomes available closer to the time of travel. Please note that in these circumstances Early Bird Single tickets tickets that have already been bought cannot be refunded in part or in full.
- Heathrow Rewards points are earned on Fixed Date Tickets at the standard rate. Visit www.heathrow.com/heathrow-rewards for further information.
- Children aged 15 or under travel free with an accompanying adult (aged 18 or over) travelling with a valid ticket, including Early Bird Single tickets. When booking adult tickets online, the number of children’s tickets must be selected.
- Early Bird Single tickets purchased cannot be re-sold.
- Early Bird Single tickets are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
