Planning your journey to Heathrow

You’ve organised your luggage with Airportr and booked your Heathrow Express ticket. Now it’s time to plan your journey. Here are some useful tips:

  • Check flight details in advance
In the days leading up to your flight (and on the day itself), check your flight details regularly. This helps you plan when to arrive at the airport and stay informed about any changes to your flight.

  • Allow plenty of time to get to the airport
Plan your journey in advance and give yourself enough time to reach Heathrow. Heathrow Express trains leave Paddington every 15 minutes and run from 04:34 Monday to Saturday, with services also operating every 15 minutes on Sundays, starting later.

  • Know what to expect when you arrive
If you’ve used Airportr and checked in for your flight, and you’re travelling with carry‑on luggage only, you can head straight to security when you arrive at the airport.
