The National Express coach service runs from London Victoria coach station to Heathrow Central coach station, with the shortest possible journey time being around 35 minutes. Alternatively, taking the Heathrow Express from London Paddington to Heathrow will see you arrive into the airport in just 15 minutes, whatever time of day you choose to travel. Heathrow Express is a direct service from Paddington into Heathrow Central station, with a second stop at Terminal 5 station for anyone flying from Terminal 5.

Arriving into Heathrow

When you arrive at Heathrow on the Heathrow Express, you will first arrive at Heathrow Central train station. This is walking distance to both Terminals 2 and 3, and you’ll need to take a shuttle bus to Terminal 4. The National Express coach from Victoria terminates at Heathrow Central bus station.

Another advantage of the Heathrow Express is the fact that it continues into Terminal 5 station. If you’re flying from Terminal 5, simply stay on the train for another six minutes and you’ll glide into your terminal. You’ll then need to make your way from the station on the ground floor up to the third floor for check-in, whether you use the lift or escalator.
