Buy your mobile tickets on a user-friendly app optimised for your device. You’ll receive a barcode ticket straight to the app, ready for our on-board staff to scan. Apple users can also add their ticket to Passbook.
To save even more time, log in or set up an account within the app. You'll benefit from a faster checkout and payment process in addition to access to manage ticket history and account preferences.
Mobile tickets bought on the app cost the same lower fare you'd pay on our website.
You can buy your mobile ticket as little as 15 minutes before travel, and it’s valid for three months (returns remain valid for a month after the outward journey).
Manage your tickets through your account on the mobile app or on the Heathrow Express the website. You'll be able to view active tickets, access your purchase history, and archive used tickets.
All major payment cards except Maestro are accepted.
Any personal details or payment information you store in the app are protected by high-level data encryption. The app is compliant with PCI DSS, the payment card industry security standard. You’ll be asked to input your card’s three-digit security code each time you book – for extra security, it’s never stored.
