A group booking keeps things easy. If you’re jetting off from Heathrow for a wedding, stag or hen, corporate event, school trip or sports tour, you want to keep the logistics simple.

With a group booking, you can arrange the airport transfer for everyone in your party at the same time. You’ll make one booking, get one confirmation email, and have tickets for all travellers in one place. With Heathrow Express, you can book for up to 9 people, between 10 and 50, and even over 50. And if you’re after a private luxury experience, you can even book out an entire carriage for your party.

How to make a group booking

Looking to travel in a group? We can cater for various party sizes on Heathrow Express, with up to 9 people able to book via our usual online process. For larger groups of 10 people and up to 50, we have a dedicated booking process,which can be found on this page.

Small groups for up to 9 people

If you’re booking for a group of up to 9 people, you can do so via the usual online way. First, head to our travel booking form. Then:

Select your outbound and/or inbound date of travel
Detail the number of passengers travelling (you can select up to 9)
Add any applicable Railcards (up to 3)

You’ll then be directed to a new screen where you get to choose between Standard Class or Business First Class. Choose your payment method then add any extras to your basket, such as promo codes, a Heathrow Rewards number or a London Underground journey.

Then pay for your tickets. They will be emailed to the email address provided and will also be available to download.

Larger groups – 10 or more people

For bookings of 10 or more people, it’s a similar process but done through a different form. You need to start with our group booking tool.

Once in the tool, select the direction of travel and choose the dates you want to travel with us. You can choose the number of passengers travelling – this can be as many as 50 people. Then simply select your class and your ticket type.

You’ll then need to pick your payment method and add a promo code if required.

When you pay for your tickets, your payment will be processed in multiple payments, but we will guide you through the process step by step. All your tickets will be emailed to the email address provided and will also be available to download.

Travelling in a group over 50 people?

If you are looking to book Heathrow Express tickets for larger parties of over 50 people – perhaps you are attending an overseas conference with your business, or a large school trip, or a sports tour with multiple teams – we can still accommodate. The booking process is a little different though.

Simply email our Customer Service team on heathrowexpresssales@heathrow.com with your requirements, and we will arrange your group ticket purchase.
