Swindon to Heathrow

Swindon to London: Getting into the capital
The first leg of your journey is the train from Swindon to London Paddington. Great Western Railway services leave Swindon regularly, heading direct to London Paddington. Trains run around every 10 minutes, with a journey time of close to 55 minutes. Often, you’ll arrive at Paddington on platform 1, 3 or 4, but this depends on the platform on the day.

Heading to the Heathrow Express from your other train
Once you arrive at Paddington station you’ll need to disembark your Great Western Railway service. Usually this will be at platform 1, 3 or 4.
Then you can wander to either platform six or seven to take the Heathrow Express to Heathrow Airport. Just make sure you check the boards at the station to ensure we’re not running from a different platform on the day.
